Motherhood asks so much of your body, heart, and nervous system. This free guide was created to help you understand what is happening inside your body when stress, overwhelm, anxiety, exhaustion, or reactivity begin to take over. Inside, you’ll find simple teaching on the nervous system, a self-assessment for recognizing dysregulation, lifestyle foundations for regulation, and practical rhythms for food, movement, sleep, media, breathwork, mindfulness, and body-based calming practices. My hope is that these pages give you a gentle place to begin restoring safety in your own body so you can move through motherhood with more steadiness, presence, compassion, and connection.
